These terms apply to Baseform (getbaseform.app and the Baseform iPhone app), run by Sebastian Sjöqvist, Sweden. By using Baseform you agree to them. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy policy.

Not medical advice

Baseform is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing in it — including the AI coach, insights, scores and experiments — is medical advice. Associations it shows are patterns in your data, not proof of cause. Talk to a healthcare professional about symptoms, medication or training with a medical condition. In an emergency, call 112 (or your local emergency number).

The service

• Baseform is free for now. You'll be told before anything starts to cost money.
• You must be at least 16 and keep your sign-in email secure.
• Baseform depends on services you connect (WHOOP, Apple Health, Withings, Strava). Their terms apply to them; Baseform is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and can only show what they provide.
• Measurements from wearables and the AI coach's answers can be wrong or incomplete. Use your own judgement; don't rely on Baseform for decisions where an error could harm you.
• Baseform is provided as is and may change, be unavailable at times, or be discontinued; you'll get notice to export your data first.

Your data and content

Your data stays yours. You let Baseform store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time in Settings.

Fair use

Don't try to access other people's data, break or overload the service, reverse-engineer its security, or use it for anything unlawful. Accounts that do may be closed.

Liability

To the extent Swedish law allows, Baseform is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on its content. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

Ending

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings. Baseform may close accounts that break these terms, with notice where possible.
